House Footprint is Surveyed and Staked
The team at Regester Associates completed a detailed survey and staked out the approved footprint for the new home. The stakeout included the precise position of the perimeter of the home, the proposed driveway and the parking courtyard. The heavily overgrown underbrush of the site was recently cleared to make way for Jim Fritsch and his staff to complete this task. This exposed the true contour of the land in the immediate vicinity of the proposed home.
A temporary platform was erected at the level of the first floor to enable us to see our view of the property from the perspective of the house for the first time.
The 360 degree view from the platform was better than we could have imagined.
