Our architect, Matthew Moger is designing our home using software that simultaneously renders three dimensional views on demand. This is an enormous visual aid that efficiently translates the technical elements of the plan into imagery that clearly communicates spatial relationships, textures and designed living spaces.

This view is an elevated rendering from the treetops above the South West corner of the home. The sloping ground level is not shown to illustrate the foundation and retaining walls on the downhill (Western) side of the home.

The rendering above is a detail of the lower level entrance. The elegant staircase is visible within the solar tower.

Using software, the architect can easily remove the roof and upper floors to reveal a view from any desired viewpoint. Above is the view of the proposed kitchen and attached sun room.  The sun room will have a vegetative roof to keep the home cool in the summer months.
